1. Introduction
Welcome to SENSE PHOTOGRAPHY. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website and booking our photography services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
SENSE PHOTOGRAPHY provides professional photography services to individuals and organizations who wish to have their pictures taken. Services may include, but are not limited to, portrait sessions, event photography, studio photography, and custom photography packages.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email or our booking system).
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Full payment must be made before or on the date of the service, unless alternative arrangements are agreed.
Prices are subject to change but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule by providing written notice.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, equipment failure), SENSE PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to reschedule or refund the client.
5. Delivery of Photographs
Photographs will be delivered in the format and timeframe agreed upon at the time of booking.
Standard editing is included unless otherwise specified. Additional editing may incur extra costs.
SENSE PHOTOGRAPHY is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., client delays in providing necessary information, force majeure events).
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
All photographs remain the intellectual property of SENSE PHOTOGRAPHY unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the photographs.
Commercial use, reproduction, or resale of images without prior written consent is prohibited.
SENSE PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to use selected images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly objects in writing before the session.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information during the booking process.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions and consents (e.g., location permits, model releases) are obtained prior to the photography session.
Clients agree to behave respectfully during sessions and follow reasonable instructions to ensure safety and quality of service.
8. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, SENSE PHOTOGRAPHY shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our liability for any claim, loss, or damage shall not exceed the total amount paid for the photography service in question.
We are not responsible for loss of data, damage to images after delivery, or issues caused by third-party printing services.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
